MRA is leading the planning for the redevelopment of a 9.12-acre site on Lee Boulevard, the former location of Southeast Collegiate. This project represents an exciting opportunity to create a central intergenerational campus designed to serve multiple First Nations communities. The vision for the site includes a student residence, apartments, and an assisted living facility, fostering connections across generations and diverse needs.

In collaboration with partners and stakeholders, MRA is working to build consensus around a shared development vision. Key principles guiding this work include offering diverse housing options, integrating walkways and gathering spaces, and designing efficient layouts to support high-quality outdoor environments.

This initiative will look to establish a lively and inclusive campus that meets the evolving needs of its First Nations communities.
