MRA provided advisory services to transform a longstanding commercial property at 1011 Pembina into a dynamic mixed-use development. This project introduces a modern 12-storey building with residential units and ground-floor commercial space, revitalizing a key section of Pembina Highway. MRA advised on the design of transit-oriented features and active transportation connections, in alignment with the City’s Complete Communities directional strategy. This redevelopment not only adds housing density to Pembina Highway but also strengthens the area’s appeal as a walkable, lively urban corridor.
