MRA was the lead planning consultant for 2525 and 2537 Pembina Highway, the Arc and Align Student Residence. These two projects are first of its kind in Winnipeg, where bike parking surpasses car parking. It involved rezoning both sites to transition from an auto-focused retail use to high-density residential mixed use to meet a growing demand for student housing in the area.
