Grow Morris is the new Development Plan that builds on the Town’s identity as a nexus for trade and community. MRA was also responsible for updating the Town’s Zoning By-law. Both documents work together to guide infill and economic development, build a healthy and walkable community, and celebrate Morris’ unique heritage and cultural offerings.
