MRA was retained by Mid Canada Transload Services Ltd. to prepare a development vision for a rail park along PTH 75 in southern Manitoba. The site’s strategic location, with direct access to major trade routes and connections to the Canadian National (CN) and BNSF rail networks, offers significant potential for industries relying on efficient movement of goods. The plan establishes three sub areas to accommodate a mix of commercial and industrial uses. With land use flexibility and infrastructure connectivity, the Mid-Canada Rail Park is well-positioned to drive industrial development and support southern Manitoba’s expanding logistics and trade sector.
