MRA was retained by Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) to advance their vision of a mixed-use residential development in Kenora. The project provides much-needed housing and services including office, retail, and personal services, to serve the community and area residents. To move the project forward, MRA successfully guided amendments to Kenora’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law, ensuring the site could accommodate this mixed-use vision. With these approvals in place, the project is ready to proceed to the next phases, including detailed site and subdivision planning.
