MRA was retained to lead the successful execution of the precedent-setting Municipal Services and Development Agreement between the Peguis First Nation and the City of Winnipeg. Negotiation involved extensive work with the City of Winnipeg to arrive at a mutually acceptable approach to land use and development on urban reserves established inside the City of Winnipeg.
