MRA was retained to lead the planning and public engagement process for the redevelopment of 914–980 St. James Street. Our role includes guiding the project vision, which proposes an eight-storey mixed-use residential building and 6,000 sq. ft. commercial building, while ensuring alignment with City planning objectives. The development vision for this site includes an active pedestrian storefront and high-quality landscaping to enhance the streetscape of the surrounding area.
