MRA supported the Quest Addiction Recovery Centre in developing a public engagement process as part of its application to the City of Winnipeg. This Indigenous-led centre, proposed for 55 Redwood Ave, will provide essential addiction recovery services for 400 Indigenous clients, addressing a critical need in Manitoba.

Recognizing the sensitivities surrounding addiction recovery facilities, MRA led a proactive, flexible engagement process to ensure community concerns are heard and addressed before the formal application process. Our approach prioritized meaningful dialogue with residents, businesses, and stakeholders, helping to mitigate misconceptions and build informed support for the project.
