South Transcona is the next logical, sequential area of development in Transcona. Planned growth and development in this area will integrate existing homes and undeveloped lands intuitively to create a new, complete community in Winnipeg. A key challenge to this project is addressing infrastructure upgrades, adapting obsolete plans, and integrating new development with existing neighbourhoods.
