MRA was retained by Southport Aerospace Centre Inc. to prepare a comprehensive Development Readiness Strategy, which has been instrumental in reimagining the airport campus. The strategy establishes a bold vision for diverse economic uses across aerospace, agri-food, manufacturing, and trade sectors. Building on Southport’s land use plan, this vision reinforces the principles of economic diversification, clustering, collaborative business ecosystems, green innovation, and quality-of-life. It seeks to promote innovative development initiatives to boost Southport’s role as a leader in military and aeronautical excellence.
