Southwest Forward Together is a modern, long-range development plan that embraces economic growth and development, while balancing the District’s longstanding agricultural, seasonal tourism and resource extraction sectors. MRA was responsible for crafting a shared and coordinated Development Plan in addition to an integrated set of Zoning By-law for each of the four member municipalities, Melita, Deloraine-Winchester, Two Borders, and Brenda-Waskada.
